    pada umumnya begitu mas, kadang orang terlalu banyak berlatih situp seperti sudah pernah saya tulis di situp tidak membuat sixpack. perbanyak cardio mas dan angkat beban ringan tetapi repetisi dikurangin kalau fokusnya untuk membakar lemak. Bisa saja dirumah pakai berat tubuh sendiri atau dumbbell tetapi biasanya bebanya terbatas dan musuh utama latihan fitnes dirumah adalah jenuh dan bosan, lebih bagus sih di gym mas motivasinya lebih berasa *bagus*

    @iron dumbbell. Iya saya setuju, situp tidak bisa secara langsung mengurangi lemak perut, ini berkenaan dengan mekanisme tadi yah. Kita tidak bisa mengurangi lemak pada hanya satu bagian tubuh, karena berkurangnya lemak di tubuh itu secara merata dan berurutan.

    Masalah kardio, dulu sebelum saya ada sakit di tumit, saya sering joging tapi nyerah karena berat badan tidak turun. Bersepeda pun gak bisa karena tidak punya sepeda. Berenang pun kurang lancar. Latian kardio lain yang mudah dilakukan apa yah?

    Fitnes di rumah alhamdulillah tidak jenuh, mungkin jenuhnya di jenis latihannya saja. Durasi fitnes saya cuma 30 menit, jadi saya pikir tidak perlu ke gym, tapi mungkin suatu saat saya mau coba nge gym.

    kalo cardio sebenernya dari durasinya, angkat beban kalo beban ringan dan repetisi banyak sama aja dengan cardio.

    kalo cuma 30 menit itu program menaikan masa otot mas, coba tambah repetisi angkatan di atas 15 kali angkatan dengan konsekuensi pengurangan beban yg dipake

    saya dulu pernah prnah ikut mmber fitnes tapi cuma 3 bulan menurut saya tdak da hasil gan
