Tips Sehat yang bisa dilakukan sambil nonton TV

    Menonton televisi bisa membuat kita tanpa sadar duduk berjam-jam. Lalu rasanya waktu berjalan begitu saja tanpa ada sesuatu yang dihasilkan.

    Sebenarnya ada beberapa hal yang bisa dilakukan sambil menonton televisi sekaligus menyehatkan. Berikut lima hal yang baik bagi kebugaran tubuh, emosi, postur seperti dikutip laman Glamour, Jumat (25/9/2015).

    1. Berkumur dengan minyak kelapa

    Ambil satu sendok makan minyak kelapa atau minyak wijen kemudian berkumurlah dengan minyak tersebut. Lalu meludah. Ini adalah teknik Ayuverdik kuno dan sudah mendapatkan respon positif dari dokter gigi.

    Meski terasa aneh untuk dilakukan sudah ada penelitian yang mengatakan cara ini mampu mengurangi plak dan bakteri di mulut. Gigi pun bisa jadi lebih putih.

    2. Duduk tegak

    Paling nyaman duduk di sofa sambil bermalas-malasan. Tapi cobalah untuk membuat postur tegak dengan cara mempertahankan pisisi yang tepat.

    3. Regangkan kaki

    Saat duduk, coba arahkan kaki kanan ke atas paha kiri. Lalu lakukan pada kaki kiri untuk meregangkan kaki.

    4. Minum teh

    Baik teh putih, hitam, hijau mengandung polifenol, yakni antioksidan yang dapat melindungi tubuh dari penyakit kanker dan jantung. Pastikan teh yang dibeli memiliki kandungan jelas yang tercantum pada kemasan.

    5. Olahraga menggunakan dinding

    Berdiri dengan punggung mengarah ke dinding. Bersandarlah pada dinding, lalu buat posisi mirip seperti duduk di kursi. Tahan berat badan menggunakan punggung pada dinding. Gerakan ini disebut juga dengan wall sit.
