Tips Mencegah Nyeri Saat Haid

    Berikut ini beberapa tips untuk mencegah nyeri saat haid:

    1. Olahraga ringan saat haid, namun hindari olahraga berat.
    2. Hindari konsumsi alkohol, kopi, dan juga coklat karena dapat meningkatkan kadar estrogen yang nantinya dapat memicu lepasnya prostaglandin. Hindari juga makanan bersuhu dingin misalnya es krim.
    3. Konsumsi sayuran dan buah-buahan serta makanan rendah lemak.
    4. Konsumsi vitamin E, vitamin B6, atau minyak ikan.
    5. Minum minuman hangat yang mengandung kalsium tinggi.
    6. Mengompres bagian yang sakit dengan botol panas.
    7. Ambil posisi menungging sehingga rahim bergantung ke bawah. Ini bisa membantu relaksasi.
    8. Tarik napas dalam-dalam secara perlahan untuk relaksasi.

    Wah agak ribet jg yach jadi cewek,
    bayangkan jika dalam keadaan kerja kita nungging lucu juga terkadang :D

    Benar saya sendiri juga jika sudah akhir bulan sering sakit, banyak yg dipikirkan akhirnya kantong saya jadi sakit :D

    kalau saat haid gtu terus sakit, boleh gak minum obat penghilang rasa sakit?
