    aroma terapi juga sedikit membantu untuk mengurangi stres. dengan mencium bau yang wangi membuat tubuh menjadi rileks

    kalo lagi strees berdiam diri aja , merenung sambil dengeri musik santai perlahan-lahan kondisi pasti fit lagi
