    sempetkan tidur 1 jam lebih di sarankan bagi yg bekerja malam , seperti pekerjaan yang melelahkan seperti di pabrik atau seperti kita para blogger karena banyak menguras tenaga otak.. terus saat malam perbanyak minum air putih ! klo bisa setelah bangun tidur itu kita sholat tahajut dulu bagi yg islam ... agar kita berdoa lindungilah dari segala bahaya dan penyakit ! (teori saya sendiri) *belajar*

    mungkin kalo kena jantungan struk kebanyakan copas trit blog lain, orangnya yang punya trit kesel jadi karmanya kena :D

    wah.. ane juga ikut sering begadang ni.. dah pernah baca juga si.. katanya juga penyebab kanker hati.. iiih ngeri

    Salah satu alasan begadang biar koneksi lancar sama paket internetnya bisa dipakainya malam aja,,ini musti tanggung jawab provider nih

    wih ngeri juga yak.. dulunya sih sering begadang, tp skrang udah gak terlalu.. hehe
    bagi saya sama ajalah, ngeblog siang ataupun malam hari :D

    Setuju dan itu terjadi sama saya sendiri, saya terkena serangan stroke sampai 3x setiap 2 mingguan dan saat ini saya sedang dalam masa fisioterapi latihan untuk bisa berjalan dan melatih motorik halus. Bukan blogging-nya yang beresiko terhadap kesehatannya, tetapi merokok, kopi, begadangnya yang membuat pola hidup kita tidak sehat. Hal ini saya tulis disini berdasarkan pengalaman pribadi saya, terkena serangan stroke di usia yang relatif muda (umur dibawah 40 tahun).

    Jangan lupa jaga kesehatan den. Tetap olahraga setidaknya senam. Jangan lupa banyak minum air dan juga konsumsi rempah-rempah sebagai salah satu herbal ajaib yang membawa pada hidup sehat alami. Terimakasih
