    memang terbukti lebih capek begadang daripada lari 10 km

    Kalau saya melek malam sampek jam 4 pagi abis itu tidur sampek jam 12 siang gan hehehehe apa itu termasuk yang kurang baik yah....?

    hentikan dari sekarang gan , lebih baik mencegah dari pada mengobati :D

    tekanan darah rendah mulu, jarang begadang sih cmn klo udah kebangun mlm2 suka gak bisa tidur lg. punya solusi gak?

    Alhamdulilah sekarang saya sudah mau menerapkan sistem tidur jam 9 malam, hehe.

    jadi kalo waktu tidur malam di ganti ke siang asalkan istirahatnya 8 jam gak ngaruh ya kang :D

    Dari sumber ttg kesehatan, dalam 24 jam disarankan 8 jam tidur/istirahat dan tidak disebutkan waktunya. Repot bagi orang kalau kerjanya malam hari atau tinggal di kutub utara yang terkadang bisa siang sepanjang hari.

    padahal itu adalah bagian dr hidup para blogger gan haha
