    Udah bawaan dari dulu sering laper tiba tiba, makan sekali sampai 3 kali. Sampai perut besar gini :(

    Pisang juga bisa mengurangi rasa lapar gan. Kandungan di dalam buah pisang, cukup untuk memberikan tambahan energi saat kekurangan kalori.
