    kalo ayakan itu di jawa namanya alat buat misah beras dengan gabah, ato alat buat misahin pasir dengan kerikil *ketawa1*

    Agar tetap bugar,
    - sahur
    - subuh
    - bangun pagi
    - olah raga
    - sarapan pagi
    - tidur sedikit
    - siang, makan siang
    - rebahan lagi
    - sore jalan-jalan kecil
    - ngabuburit
    - buka puasa deh

    hehehehe tetap bugar dah :D

    NOTE: jangan di ikutin yaa ini becanda :D

    Om Sameha request thread nih, berhubung om sameha sekarang sudah jadi wartawan, Threadnya di di tambah kira-kira makanan yang di anjurkan untuk saur dan buka, ya yang kira-kira memiliki banyak kandungan protein dan karbohidrat tapi redah lemak :D
