    Supaya kita tetap langsing dan terhindar dari perut buncit selama WFH, kita harus rajin berolahraga.

    Tiga jenis olahraga simple yang efektif membakar lemak di perut antara lain :
    1.Squat
    2.Lompat tali
    3.Sit up

    Sepertinya harus dilihat dulu buncitnya ya.
    Jika buncitnya diatas rata-rata, latihan diatas tentunya sangat berat. Baiknya dimuali diet makanan dulu.
