    Cara Membuat Minuman Strawberry Soy Smoothies :

    Masukkan susu kedelai, madu ,oatmeal dan strawberry beku, ke dalam mangkuk blender.
    Blender hingga lembut.
    Tuang ke dalam 2 buah gelas.
    Beri hiasan dan sajikan segera

    Untuk 2 gelas
    Kalori : 285,1 kkal - 142,55 kkal/porsi
    Protein : 9,89 gr - 4,94 gr/porsi
    KH : 59,18 gr - 29,15 gr/porsi
    Lemak : 5,16 gr - 2,58 gr/porsi
    Serat : 10,67 gr - 5,335 gr/porsi
