    Buah kurma mengandung segudang manfaat untuk kesehatan. Tak jarang banyak yang menyebutkan buah ini sebagai buah ajaib. Kandungan gizi dan berbagai zat penting untuk kesehatan serasa lengkap.

    Lantas apa saja manfaatnya, berikut ulasannya

    1. Mengandung anti oksidan
    Bisa mencegah terjadi sel-sel abnormal atau kanker

    2. Kaya serat
    Buah urma dengan kaya serat akan melancarkan penceraan

    3. Tanin.
    Kandungan tanin juga bisa sangat penting, Tanin adalah zat anti oksidan lain yang bermanfaat untuk infeksi dan peradangan

    4. Kaya kalsium
    bagus untuk pertumbuhan tulang dan gigi

    5. Mangan
    Zat yang kaya enzim anti oksidan yang mampu mencegah sel kanker

    6. Magnesium
    Magnesium hampir sama dengan kalsium yang bekerja sama-sama menguatkan tulang, gigi. Kurma adalah sumber magnesium hebat.

    7. Tembaga
    Menyeimbangkan sel darah merah dan metabolesme tubuh

    salah satu makanan pavorite ane neh gan , enak ketika habis buka puasa makan sebiji aj udah kenyang.. kurma juga sangat bagus untuk kesehatan...

    tapi saya jarang makan kurma gan kalo pas bulan puasa, lebih banyak makan gorengan nya sama es :D
