Resep Chicken Teriyaki Mudah Sederhana

    Bahan-Bahan:
    • Fillet dada ayam 200 g, potong ukuran 2×4 cm
    • Mirin 30 ml
    • Bawang putih 2 siung, cincang
    • Kecap asin 30 ml
    • Kecap manis 30 ml
    • Kaldu cair 100 ml air
    • Merica bubuk 1/2 sdt
    • Garam 1/2 sdt
    • Tepung terigu 75 g
    • Wijen putih untuk taburan 1 sdt
    • Nasi putih 2 porsi
    • Minyak goreng 3 sdm
    • Minyak wijen 1 sdt

    Cara Membuat Chicken Teriyaki
    • Lumuri potongan daging ayam dengan garam, merica dan tepung terigu. Aduk rata, diamkan selama 10 menit.
    • Panaskan minyak, tumis bawang putih hingga harum. Masukkan daging ayam, tumis hingga ayam kering.
    • Tuangkan mirin, kecap manis, kecap asin dan kaldu. Masak hingga ayam lunak dan cairan habis.
    • Tambahkan wijen dan minyak wijen, aduk rata, angkat.
    • Sajikan ayam dengan nasi putih.
