    lihat2 dulu olahraganya apa gan,,,,, tapi biasanya sih klow olahraga kan capek,, orang capek biasanya cepet banget tidurnya,,,,,

    kalo yang sering mama saya bilang ya,
    olah raga malem ngga baik sih kalau terlalu berat, nanti pori-pori kulit membuka..
    apalagi ditambah mandi abis itu, mandi malem sering-sering ngga baik soalnya..
